For many years it has been possible to run vehicles on LPG. Over the past decade it has become increasingly popular for both cost and environmental reasons.

Whilst only a few car manufacturers offer an LPG option, most petrol engine cars can be converted to run on gas.

Why convert to Autogas?

oAutogas produces fewer harmful emissions than traditional road fuels
oLPG is more widely available than other alternative fuels in the UK
oRefuelling Autogas vehicles is just as easy as petrol and diesel, although assistance is always available at Camgas refuelling sites
oThe low fuel duty on LPG makes running an Autogas vehicle a significantly cheaper alternative to petrol or diesel, retailing at around half the price of petrol

Your own tank?

Whilst LPG is readily available throughout the UK, fleet users could benefit from having their own refuelling facility. Camgas can arrange a system suitable for your needs.
